Archaeological site Cuccurada – Mogoro (OR)
The first concert in Sardinia can only be in Mogoro, Zoe Pia’s birthplace. On August 6, there will be many special guests in the enchanting natural setting of Cuccurada, the Nuragic site that is located in a panoramic position on the plain of Campidano. It is one of the most important territories protagonists of the sound research and the soundscape composition that characterize the disc. For the very first time, rewarded with the Merit Award at the International Prize for Non-Conventional Score Music Writing 2016 organized by Cluster Contemporary Music of Lucca, the sheet music for alea controlled by Zoe Pia will be performed. The organization of the event is handled by the City of Mogoro. The Cantina “The Nuraghe” of Mogoro will participate with a wine tasting. The reporting images will be caught by the photographer Stefano Pia and the video shooting will be recorded by the director Andrea Cannas.
